Jacata Limited (trading as ‘Strongfit’) reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. The current version will be available on the website.
1. Payment of Goods
Items available for purchase can be ordered via our website 24/7. We accept payment via Paypal and Internet Banking. All items are to be paid for in full, prior to dispatch.
Credit Card Payment via Paypal:
We accept Visa and Mastercard via Paypal. Paypal complies with global Payment Card Industry Security Standards (PCI DSS). Data is SSL encrypted and securely transferred to their monitored secure servers.
Payment via Internet Banking:
Payment can be made directly into our bank account. Select the payment by online banking option at checkout and you will be automatically provided with the bank account details to make your transfer by email. Payment needs to be made within 3 business days otherwise your order will be cancelled. Please note that it can take a few days for funds to be cleared using this payment method and goods are only shipped once the payment appears in our account.
We have taken all reasonable measures to represent all items as accurately as possible. Some slight variations may occur, particularly with the colour of garments. Colour variations can occur due to differences in monitor settings or batch-to-batch variations during manufacture. Items are made by hand so slight variations can occur.
3. Returns and Refunds
We are proud of our Strongfit garments, and have done our utmost to ensure the best quality product. All items are inspected prior to dispatch and packed with care to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt so that we can resolve the issue.
Goods can be returned within 28 days for an exchange or credit (excluding shipping costs) provided the item:
- Is in brand new unused condition
- Has not been washed, worn or smells of cologne
- Still has the tags and packaging.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days at email@example.com so that we can try to remedy the issue as quickly as possible. This will usually include the item being replaced or a full refund being offered. In this instance Strongfit will cover the full cost of returning faulty item/s.
Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at our discretion. If an order has been dispatched from our offices, we are unable to recall it, and unfortunately cancellation will not be possible.
We’ll do our best to get your order sent as soon as we possibly can. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery in NZ.
For international orders, please allow 3-7 working days. Hopefully your parcel will sail through, but please note we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes. If there are any extra charges upon arrival into the country, they will be your responsibility to pay. This can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.
Delivery Time Guide:
New Zealand – free shipping, 2-4 working days
Australia – free shipping, 3-7 working days
Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org if you are not in either of these countries and would like a shipping quote.
7. Currency & Pricing
All prices on this website are in New Zealand Dollars, including Goods and Services Tax. Jacata Limited reserves the right to modify pricing at any time and without prior notice.
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content on this website is owned by Jacata Limited and the intellectual property, including but not limited to: trademarks, brands, trade names, images, information, images and text on this website, as well as the design of the items for sale, are not to be copied, modified, re-used or reproduced without the prior written consent of Jacata Limited.
9. This is a legal agreement, so some general provisions apply
These Terms are governed by New Zealand law, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts for any matter or dispute arising in relation to these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that provision is limited or eliminated to the minimum extent so that these Terms otherwise remain in full effect. If we do not exercise or enforce any right available to us under these Terms, it does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The headings used throughout these Terms are provided for your convenience and do not affect the meaning of these Terms.
